Data Deletion
Effective June 11, 2026
UFF Tattoo & Piercing ("UFF Tattoo," "we," "us") lets you request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. This includes information you gave us when booking, and any messages you sent us through Instagram or Facebook (including the contents of those conversations and the Instagram-/Facebook-provided identifiers tied to them).
How to request deletion
Email booking@ufftattoo.com with the subject “Delete my data.” So we can find and verify your records, please include:
- The name you used with us
- The email, phone number, and/or the Instagram or Facebook username you used to contact us
We'll confirm we received your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. There is no charge, and requesting deletion won't affect your ability to book with us in the future.
What gets deleted
We delete the personal data associated with you across our systems — your booking/contact details, design notes and references you shared, and the Instagram/Facebook message data and identifiers we stored for your conversation.
What we may keep
If you've received a tattoo or piercing with us, California law requires us to retain certain minimal records — your health/safety consent (waiver) and basic payment/tax records — for the legally required period. We keep only what the law requires and delete the rest.
